Venue Agreement

1. Parties

This agreement is between Plausor and the venue ("Venue Partner") using the platform for event hosting and ticket sales.

2. Venue Obligations

As a Venue Partner on Plausor, you agree to:

• Provide accurate venue information including capacity, address, and amenities
• Ensure events hosted through Plausor comply with local regulations
• Maintain safe and accessible facilities for event attendees
• Cooperate with event organizers for smooth event execution

3. Stripe Connect & Payouts

Venues must set up a Stripe Connect business account to receive payouts. Venue representatives must provide accurate business information including EIN and banking details. Payouts from primary ticket sales are held by Plausor and released by platform administrators after event completion. Payout amounts are based on the venue's share of ticket revenue as configured per event.

4. Revenue Split

Ticket revenue may be split between the venue and event organizer as configured by Plausor administrators. Service fees are charged on top of the ticket price to buyers and are retained by Plausor as the platform fee. The venue's payout is calculated from the ticket price before service fees.

5. Event Cancellations

If an event is cancelled, the venue acknowledges that held payouts may not be released. The venue agrees to cooperate with Plausor in processing refunds to ticket holders. Repeated cancellations may affect the venue's standing on the platform.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Venues may be responsible for chargeback costs if disputes arise from venue-related issues. Plausor will work with venues to resolve payment disputes.

7. Data & Privacy

Venues will have access to attendee data only as necessary for event operations. Venue partners agree to handle attendee data in compliance with applicable privacy laws. Venues may not sell or share attendee data with third parties.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Outstanding payouts will be processed according to their current status at termination. Plausor reserves the right to immediately suspend venue accounts for violations.

9. Insurance & Liability

Venues are responsible for maintaining appropriate insurance coverage. Plausor is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses occurring at venue premises. Venues agree to indemnify Plausor against claims arising from events held at their facilities.

10. Amendments

Plausor may update this agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
