Refund & Cancellation Policy

Last updated: February 2026

1. Overview

This policy outlines how refunds are handled for tickets purchased through Plausor.

2. Primary Ticket Purchases

All primary ticket sales are generally final. Refunds for cancelled events will be processed automatically. Refunds for postponed events are at the discretion of the event organizer. Processing time: refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days.

3. Marketplace (Resale) Purchases

Marketplace purchases are final once the ticket transfer is complete. If a resale ticket is found to be invalid, the buyer is entitled to a full refund from the seller's proceeds. Plausor will mediate disputes between buyers and sellers.

4. Event Cancellations

If an event is cancelled by the organizer or venue, ticket holders will receive a full refund of the ticket price. Service fees may or may not be refunded depending on the circumstances. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Event Postponements

If an event is postponed, original tickets remain valid for the new date. Ticket holders who cannot attend the rescheduled date may request a refund within 30 days of the rescheduling announcement.

6. Event Changes

Significant changes (venue change, headliner change) may entitle ticket holders to a refund. Minor changes (support act changes, schedule adjustments) do not qualify for refunds.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

8. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally non-refundable:

9. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback instead of requesting a refund may result in account suspension. Please contact Plausor support before initiating a chargeback with your bank.
