Resale prices may be subject to price caps set by event organizers. Anti-scalping measures including blockchain verification may apply. Sellers agree to comply with all applicable local laws regarding ticket resale pricing.
4. Platform Fees
Plausor charges a service fee on all marketplace transactions. The service fee is calculated based on the sale price and is deducted from the seller's proceeds. Fee rates may vary by event and are displayed before listing confirmation.
5. Offer & Negotiation
The Plausor marketplace supports offers and negotiations between buyers and sellers:

- Sellers may accept, reject, or counter any offer
- Counter-offers create a binding commitment if accepted by the other party
- Both parties agree to complete transactions in good faith
6. Payouts
Seller payouts are processed automatically through Stripe Connect after a successful sale. Sellers must maintain an active Stripe Connect account with valid banking information. Payouts are typically processed within 2-7 business days. Plausor is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or Stripe.

9. Account Suspension
Plausor reserves the right to suspend or terminate seller privileges for violations of this agreement. Remaining payouts may be held pending investigation.
10. Limitation of Liability
Plausor facilitates marketplace transactions but is not a party to the sale. Sellers acknowledge that Plausor is not responsible for event cancellations, venue changes, or other circumstances beyond its control.
