Organizer Agreement
Last updated: February 2026
1. Parties
This agreement is between Plausor and the event organizer ("Organizer") using the platform for event management and ticket sales.
2. Organizer Obligations
As an Organizer on Plausor, you agree to:
- Provide accurate event information including date, time, venue, capacity, and pricing
- Deliver the event as advertised to ticket holders
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses for events
- Manage event-day operations including check-in and attendee safety
3. Stripe Connect & Payouts
Organizers receiving a revenue split must set up a Stripe Connect account. Organizer payouts are held by Plausor and released by administrators after event completion. Payout percentages are configured per event by Plausor administrators. Organizers must maintain accurate banking information.
4. Revenue Split
The organizer's share of ticket revenue is determined by the organizer payout percentage set for each event. Service fees charged on top of ticket prices are retained by Plausor. The remaining ticket revenue is split between the venue and organizer per the configured percentage.
5. Event Cancellations & Changes
If an organizer cancels an event, they are responsible for facilitating refunds. Organizers must notify Plausor and ticket holders promptly of any cancellations or significant changes. Held payouts may be withheld or clawed back in the event of cancellation. Repeated cancellations may result in account suspension.
6. Ticket Pricing & Anti-Scalping
Organizers set initial ticket prices and may configure anti-scalping measures. Organizers may set resale price caps for their events. Plausor provides blockchain-based anti-scalping tools that organizers may enable.
7. Attendee Data
Organizers will have access to attendee data for event management purposes. Data must be handled in compliance with applicable privacy laws. Organizers may not sell attendee data to third parties.
8. Marketing & Promotion
Organizers are responsible for promoting their events. Plausor may offer marketing tools and automation features. Organizers grant Plausor permission to list and promote their events on the platform.
9. Intellectual Property
Organizers retain ownership of their event content and branding. Organizers grant Plausor a license to display event information on the platform.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days notice. Outstanding payouts will be processed according to their current status at termination.
11. Amendments & Contact
Plausor may update this agreement at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
