Plausor is an event ticketing platform that enables users to purchase, sell, and transfer tickets for live events. The Service includes ticket purchasing, digital wallet functionality, ticket transfers, a resale marketplace, and event management tools for organizers.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate and complete registration information
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
4. SMS and Text Message Communications
By providing your phone number and opting in to SMS notifications, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Plausor. These messages may include:

- Ticket purchase confirmations and digital ticket delivery
- Event reminders and updates
- Ticket transfer notifications
- Password reset codes
- Important account notifications
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity and preferences. You may receive multiple messages per transaction or event.
Message and Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
Opting Out: You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any message from Plausor
- Updating your notification preferences in your account settings

5. Ticket Purchases
All ticket sales are final unless otherwise stated by the event organizer. Refunds are subject to the refund policy of the specific event. Plausor is not responsible for event cancellations, postponements, or changes made by event organizers. For details on our refund process, please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Ticket Transfers and Resale
Users may transfer or resell tickets through the Plausor marketplace, subject to:
- Any restrictions set by the event organizer
- Applicable price caps or anti-scalping measures
- Local laws and regulations regarding ticket resale
- Plausor marketplace fees and policies
7. Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to circumvent anti-scalping or fraud prevention measures
- Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions
- Use automated bots or scripts to purchase tickets
- Resell counterfeit or fraudulent tickets
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
8. Fees and Payments
Plausor charges service fees on ticket purchases and marketplace transactions. All fees will be clearly displayed before you complete a purchase. Payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment processors.
9. Intellectual Property
The Plausor name, logo, and all related content are the property of Plausor. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Plausor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific transaction in question.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Plausor and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Plausor operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
